Diverse Training Classes

Let us take you to an extreme level of fitness with our Diverse training Classes 

  Let our certified fitness trainer coach you through the training session that will take you to the next level in your fitness goals. Our training sessions are low weight multi-joint movements with a high intensity cardio-core approach that will push anyone to their full capabilities. We guarantee our training style will challenge anyone......whether your a beginner or very advanced.




                            All Classes are on the hour.....3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.

                                                        Classes end at 7pm.


*Beginners are always welcome!*

FIRST CLASS FREE!!

*All Diverse Classes will be instructed by a staff member

*Please bring a towel

* A warm up, cool down and flexibility will also be included in the training session
