This is not a traditional gym, Diverse is a training center fully equipped with a variety of sport specific, fitness enhancing equipment and training techniques. Certified staff will be on hand to provide you with personal coaching and motivation. A specific daily workout will be posted to challenge you and help you achieve your personal goals.
